Kitchen Renovation
For this particular project, I had to go through various compliance measures to make sure my work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of my dedication to deliver a quality product and see it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.

Magic Theatre
I have no idea how Steve can figure out how to do some of the things that he has done for us. We always seemed to have had a challenge and he always came up with a great solution.
It is simply amazing. In 1999 we bought a 600 seat magic theater that needed to be totally renovated. Steve and his crew did the job and continued to help us improve the theater every year.
He could do anything. Tear down and rebuild it better, created secret door-ways, hidden traps, and fireplaces that opened up to walk through and sign autographs after the show. He even built several illusion props for the show. He installed motors to make our theatrical curtains open by themselves.
He built the second floor of the theater which consists of a kitchen, bathroom, utility room, offices and 3 bedrooms plus the staircase to get downstairs. He even did the outside of our building. He can build anything and when there are hidden problems that you can't see until it uncovered, he figures out how to fix it.
I can't think of a better person to call for any remodeling project. Steve is a Hard worker, smart worker and super nice person too. If you are lucky enough to get him, you will be very happy with his work.

Lake Home Renovation
Steve Tengler did an amazing job on our lake home renovation. He took a dilapidated, falling apart shack and transformed it into a beautiful family home.
His expertise was evident from the beginning plans to the finished product. Steve does it all from major structural issues to fine detailed carpentry. He took care of everything from the inside transformation to the outside concrete and driveway installation.

Kitchen Renovation
